Ingredients
¼ cup butter
4 cloves fresh garlic
½ cup almond flour (or whatever is your favorite flour)
½ cup shredded parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon dried parsley
¼ teaspoon dried oregano
¼ teaspoon black pepper
1/8 teaspoon salt
8 skinless chicken breasts
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2. Melt butter in a small saucepan over low heat and cook garlic until tender, about 5 minutes.
3. Mix together flour, parmesan cheese, cheddar cheese, parsley, oregano, pepper, and salt. Dip each chicken breast in garlic butter to coat, then press into the mixture. Place coated chicken breasts in a prepared (greased) baking dish. Drizzle with any remaining butter and sprinkle with any remaining mixture.
4. Bake for 30 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear
